The goal of this OD training program is not just to warm up HR professionals to potentially make a career switch into OD. It's also to empower you as an HR professional by adding Organization Development expertise and skills to your toolkit, enabling you to better help your company thrive in today’s VUCA business environment.

No. This program is 100% online and self-paced! When you learn and how much time you spend each day, week, or month is up to. In total, you will need to invest approximately 35 hours to finish the program and obtain your certificate.

In total, you will have 12 months of access to the student portal, all lessons, and learning materials. On average, members complete their (first) program in 3 - 4 months.
