What is the refund policy?

If for any reason it’s not your thing, you can simply request a full refund within 60 days after your enrollment date and get your money back.
Will my access automatically renew?
No. Single access licenses do not renew automatically. They automatically expire after the 12 months access duration.
I am having problems with my credit card
Here are a couple of possible solutions:
- Make sure that the billing name + address entered match the details associated with your card.
- Call your credit card issuer to make sure your card is activated for this (international) payment.
- Try using your card via PayPal (if available in your country/currency).

Is this checkout secure?
Yes! Our entire website is secured using an SSL encryption certificate. Your data is automatically encrypted before being sent to our servers.
Credit card payments are securely processed by Stripe and PayPal.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. We will generate the (pdf) invoice upon completing the payment and automatically send it to your inbox with the payment receipt.
How do I create my account?
After completing the payment, you will be prompted with the instructions to create your account. You can be ready to start learning within five minutes.
Do you offer any other payment methods?
We strongly recommend using a credit card for payments. Paying by bank transfer can cause significant delays in license activation, as international transfers may take up to 7 days to process.
If paying by credit card is not an option, we can provide a manual invoice upon request. Please note that a 2.5% administration fee will be applied to purchases of 5 seats or fewer.
For Individual Plans: bank transfers are only available for selected products.
